Therapy is an opportunity to share your struggles in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Together, we determine what your therapy goals will be and discuss which approaches will be helpful. I often focus on short term goals to address your most urgent symptoms, and long term goals to address root causes and create lasting change. You are an equal participant in your healing process.
The therapeutic space should be a place where you feel safe and at ease, where there is room for laughter and warmth as well as dignity and respect.

Reiki is an energy healing tradition from Japan, with roots in India. I use Reiki to support clients in developing their nervous system regulation. Reiki gently and non-intrusively helps clients experience much-needed safety in their bodies.
